01About QVitals

QVitals Health is a healthcare technology platform focused on helping healthcare providers improve their growth, connectivity and operational opportunities through technology.

At the current stage, QVitals offers healthcare providers the opportunity to request a free growth audit through the website. Services and features may be expanded, modified or discontinued as the platform develops.

02Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our forms.

You must provide accurate information when submitting anything through our website. If you submit information on behalf of a doctor, hospital, clinic or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

03The free growth audit

QVitals may provide a free healthcare growth audit to eligible doctors, hospitals and healthcare providers. We determine eligibility and availability at our discretion.

Submitting the form does not guarantee:

• Acceptance of your request
• Any particular business outcome
• Patient acquisition or revenue
• Search ranking or advertising results
• A partnership, employment or any specific commercial service

04One audit per number

When your registration succeeds we give you a registration ID in the form QV‑D‑XXXXXX or QV‑H‑XXXXXX. Please keep it. Our team will ask for it when they contact you, and you can quote it in any request about your data.

If you believe you need a second audit, or you registered with the wrong number, call +91 88002 33723 and we will help.

05Accuracy of information

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading, and to update it where necessary.

QVitals is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information submitted by a user.

06Healthcare disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service:

• QVitals does not provide medical diagnosis.
• QVitals does not prescribe medicines.
• QVitals does not replace emergency medical services.
• Information on this website should not be treated as medical advice.
• You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for any medical decision.

07Doctor and hospital information

Information about doctors, hospitals and healthcare providers may be supplied by the providers themselves, obtained from legitimate sources, or generated through our business processes.

We do not guarantee that every third-party profile, claim, qualification, availability, price or service description is complete or error-free. Healthcare providers remain responsible for the accuracy of their own professional information and representations, including their registration with the relevant medical council.

08Introductions

Where you have given the separate optional consent on our form, QVitals may introduce you to relevant hospitals, doctors or partners and share your details for that purpose. If you did not give that consent, we do not.

An introduction is not a guarantee that:

• A consultation or treatment will occur
• A doctor-patient relationship will be established
• A hospital will accept a patient
• Any particular clinical or commercial outcome will follow

Any medical treatment, consultation, diagnosis, pricing or clinical decision remains the responsibility of the relevant healthcare provider and the person concerned.

09No guarantee of results

QVitals may provide technology, analysis, recommendations, growth audits or business-development support. Healthcare growth depends on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific:

• Patient numbers or consultation volumes
• Revenue, leads or enquiries
• Search rankings, website traffic or advertising results
• Hospital admissions
• Business growth

10Prohibited use

You must not use this website to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Scrape, harvest or misuse website data
• Abuse our enquiry or communication systems, including automated submissions
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass or threaten QVitals staff, healthcare providers or other users
• Submit information you are not authorised to provide
• Violate applicable law

11Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, interface elements, images, videos and site structure — is owned by or licensed to Jeevika Health Tech Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The growth audit is free today and no payment is collected anywhere on this website. If QVitals introduces paid services in future, we will publish pricing, payment, cancellation and refund terms before taking any payment, and those terms will apply in addition to these.

We may modify, add, remove or discontinue website features or services, and we may update these Terms. The latest version published on this website applies from its stated effective date.

20Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing here limits any right you may have to approach a consumer forum or other authority available to you under Indian law.
