01 Healthcare patient acquisition
QVitals helps doctors and hospitals build the systems that turn healthcare demand into real patient relationships — from being discovered online to appointments, follow-up and measurable growth.
A doctor can have a good practice, years of experience and a strong reputation — and still lose patient demand because the journey between being found and being treated is not properly managed.
A patient may find the practice on Google, visit the website, make an inquiry and still never reach the OPD. That’s where QVitals works.
We bring the important parts of that journey together — visibility, patient acquisition, response, appointment coordination, follow-up and growth measurement.
02 Our system
Eight connected services. Each one exists because a patient can be lost at that exact point in the journey.
01 Growth Audit
Your digital presence may already include a website, Google Business Profile, social media, reviews or even another agency. That doesn’t automatically mean the system is working as well as it could.
Then we sit with you and explain what we found. Not a generic marketing report — a practical view of where your patient growth is being won or lost.
The audit is not the product. It is how you understand what QVitals should actually build.
What we assess:
How easily patients can find you when they search for your specialty in your city, and what stands between the search and your name.
How your Google Business Profile performs — accuracy, activity, photographs, questions, and how it compares with the practices a patient sees alongside you.
Whether your website communicates your expertise clearly and gives a patient a straightforward next step, or leaves them to work it out.
Where you appear for the terms patients actually use, which is rarely the terms a practice would choose for itself.
What the review picture says about the patient experience, how recent it is, and whether it reflects the practice you actually run.
How the practices competing for the same patients present themselves, and where there is room you are not currently occupying.
Every place a patient can reach you — form, phone, WhatsApp, listing, walk-in — and whether each one is actually answered.
The specific points in the existing flow where demand arrives and does not convert. This is usually the most uncomfortable part of the audit, and the most useful.
02 Digital Visibility
Patients don’t always know which doctor they need. They search. They compare. They read reviews. They look at experience. They check location. They look for answers.
QVitals works on the digital foundations that help your practice appear where those decisions are happening.
Being online is no longer the goal. Being findable at the right moment is.
What we work across:
Help relevant patients discover your practice through search — built around the specialty and the location, not around generic healthcare keywords.
Keep your profile accurate, active and aligned with what patients actually need to know before they choose a doctor.
Make sure your website communicates your expertise clearly and gives patients a straightforward next step.
Build useful, specialty-specific information that answers the questions patients are really asking before they book.
Help create a stronger and more trustworthy picture of the patient experience, drawn from patients who actually came through.
Prepare your digital presence for the way people increasingly discover information through AI-assisted search rather than a list of links.
03 Patient Acquisition
Visibility alone doesn’t fill an OPD. The next question is: what happens when a patient actually wants to reach you?
We don’t measure success by how many people clicked an advertisement. We look at whether those efforts create real patient intent and real appointments.
What this can include:
Reaching patients at the moment they are actively looking for the treatment or specialty you provide.
Paid channels built around the specialties, locations and growth priorities of the practice rather than broad healthcare targeting.
Campaigns shaped around a single specialty or procedure, because a knee replacement patient and a dermatology patient are not the same audience.
Making sure the traffic that arrives has a clear, obvious way to become an inquiry.
Dedicated pages for a specialty, procedure or campaign, so the patient lands on exactly what they searched for.
Information that earns the patient’s attention before they are ready to book, so the practice is already familiar when they are.
Being present in the local signals patients use — maps, listings, area-specific search — where most healthcare decisions are made.
Continuous adjustment based on which channels produce genuine inquiries, not which produce the cheapest clicks.
04 Patient Coordination
When a patient reaches out, timing matters. They may be comparing doctors. They may be unsure about the treatment. They may need help understanding the next step. Or they may simply have asked for a callback and moved on with their day.
Don’t just generate the inquiry. Help the patient reach the doctor.
What our coordination team does:
Reach the patient promptly when an inquiry comes in, while they are still deciding rather than days later when they have already chosen someone else.
Learn what the patient is actually looking for rather than treating every inquiry as the same. A second opinion and an urgent consultation need different handling.
Help align the patient with the appropriate doctor, OPD or next step, so they are not passed between numbers.
If a patient asks to be contacted later, the conversation doesn’t simply disappear. It is picked up when they said it should be.
The relevant information and progress are shared back with the healthcare team, so the practice always knows what is in motion.
05 OPD Conversion
A patient booking an OPD does not automatically mean treatment happens. They still need to arrive, consult, understand, decide and proceed.
QVitals stays involved through that stretch, because it is the part of the journey most often left to chance.
What we manage:
Getting the patient to a specific slot with a specific doctor, rather than an open invitation to call back sometime.
Confirming the appointment so both the patient and the practice know it is real, and the OPD list reflects who is genuinely coming.
Reminding the patient close to the appointment, which is where a meaningful share of no-shows are recovered.
Reaching back out to patients who needed additional time or asked for a later conversation, at the point they said they would be ready.
06 IPD & Surgery
For relevant specialties and hospitals, the journey continues past the consultation. A patient who has decided still has steps in front of them.
The objective is not more leads. It is more measurable healthcare growth.
Where we help:
Where clinically appropriate and based on the doctor’s or hospital’s own process, helping coordinate the next stage of the patient’s journey.
Helping the patient understand what happens next so an admission is not delayed by paperwork or uncertainty.
Tracking how consultation demand moves toward procedure and surgery, so the practice can see which specialties are converting.
The clinical decision is always the doctor’s. We coordinate around that decision — we never influence it, and never present ourselves as making it.
07 Feedback & Retention
Our involvement does not end at the appointment. We follow up with the patient, check in on their experience, and feed what we learn back so the practice can improve on it.
What we bring back:
Understanding what actually happened after the consultation — not whether the appointment was booked, but whether it was worth booking.
Capturing patient feedback close enough to the visit that the detail is still real, rather than a rating given weeks later.
Bringing the observations that matter back to the healthcare provider, including the ones that are uncomfortable to hear.
Helping satisfied patients leave the reviews that shape how the next patient decides, without pressure or incentive.
08 Growth Intelligence
A report full of impressions and clicks doesn’t tell a doctor whether the practice is growing. QVitals connects activity to healthcare outcomes.
Then we ask the question that matters: what should change next month?
What we track:
Are more relevant patients finding you than last month, and through which route?
Are people actually contacting the practice, or only seeing it?
How many inquiries become booked OPDs, and where the rest fall away.
How many patients actually reach the consultation — the number that separates a busy calendar from a busy clinic.
Where appropriate, how patient demand moves toward admission, treatment or surgery.
What patients are saying after the experience, and what that suggests about the months ahead.
03 Who we build for
A doctor’s growth problem isn’t always the same. A new consultant may need visibility. An established specialist may need more relevant patient demand. A high-performing surgeon may need stronger OPD-to-procedure movement.
QVitals builds the growth system around where the practice is today and where it needs to go.
Explore doctor servicesHospital growth is more complex. It can involve departments, consultants, OPD, IPD, procedures and surgeries, location, patient demand, capacity and brand visibility.
QVitals works across those layers — from department-level digital visibility and consultant presence to patient acquisition, coordination, reporting and performance tracking.

The work doesn’t end when the patient clicks.
That’s the system QVitals is built to manage.
